How to use the email validator?

1) Go to the Email Validator page and log in. 2) Upload a CSV file that contains an email column or paste emails directly if supported. 3) Click Validate to start. We process emails in optimized chunks so the app stays fast and responsive. 4) View results with Valid, Risky, Undeliverable statuses and detailed reasons. 5) Optionally Save Results to your account or use Notify Me to receive an email when validation completes. Your existing validation rules and scoring remain unchanged.

What happens if I exceed my monthly email limit?

If you exceed your monthly limit, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional email credits at $0.01 per email.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.

Do you offer refunds?
